我国室内空气质量标准体系建设的思考

摘　　要：由于室内空气质量和人们的身心健康,工作、学习效率等民生问题息息相关,同时对建筑业"可持续发展、节能减排"等国家战略的实施、相关产业的健康发展和新兴产业的培育,以及我国相关产业国际竞争力的提升等有着直接影响,因此室内空气质量标准的制定意义重大。本文通过分析目前我国室内空气质量标准体系的建设现状,指出了该标准体系的某些不完善之处,如验收标准和卫生标准之间不尽协调、标准自身存在部分的不合理。在此基础上,结合我国管理和应用现状,提出了我国室内空气质量标准体系的建设原则及需要重点解决的主要任务。Indoor air quality is closely related to the people＇s physical and mental health,working and studying efficiency,etc.At the same time,it has direct influences on the following aspects,the implementation of national strategies as＂sustainable development,energy-saving and emission reduction＂in the construction industry,healthy development of related industry and cultivation of newly emerged industry,and the improvement of international competitiveness of relevant industry in China.Therefore,the construction of Chinese indoor air quality standard system has important significance.In this paper,some deficiencies of the standard system were pointed out through analyzing the current condition of construction of Chinese indoor air quality standard system,such as the uncoordinated situation for acceptance standards and hygienic standards,and part of irrationality of the standard itself.On this basis,combined with the current condition of Chinese management and application,the construction principles of Chinese indoor air quality standard system and main tasks to be solved were presented.
