摘 要:本文以北京市2栋满足"第三步"建筑节能设计标准并安装分户热计量装置的新建住宅楼为研究对象,对楼内的115个住户进行冬季采暖耗热量等相关数据的逐周采集,并对其中8个住户的房间进行室温连续测试。调查和测试结果表明:住户房间室内的热舒适度明显提高,但按照室内、外设计参数折算后的采暖耗热量仍超过"第三步"建筑节能设计标准所要求的限值。导致该现象的主要原因在于住户调节行为方式所决定的房间通风状况、室温设定偏高及邻室传热等因素的影响。In this paper,two newly built residential buildings that met"the third step"building energy efficiency design standard and were installed with household heat metering system in Beijing were taken as the research objects,the energy consumption of heating and relevant data of 115 households were collected by weeks,and continuous room temperature test in 8 households were carried out.The investigation and test results indicated that the indoor thermal comfort level was obviously improved.However,the energy consumption of heating still exceeded the limited value required by"the third step"building energy efficiency design standard after the conversion according to the indoor and outdoor design parameters.The main reasons for this phenomenon were mainly decided by the resident's adjustment behavior,such as the room ventilation condition,room temperature set value and heat transfer of adjacent rooms.
