浙江省医院建筑能耗调查及其影响因素研究

摘　　要：随着我国医疗卫生事业的发展,医院的建筑规模和医疗设备都有了很大程度的改善,同时医院的能源消耗也在不断增加,在保障医疗质量基础上的节能减排成为医院能源管理面临的一个重要问题。本文用问卷调查和实地考察的方法对浙江省30家二级乙等以上医院的能源消耗现状进行了调查,根据调查结果,运用相关性分析的方法探讨了影响医院能耗的主要因素。分析结果表明:门诊量对医院综合能耗有较大的影响,高等级医院中的床位使用率也影响着医院的综合能耗,大功率医疗设备对医院综合能耗的影响不大。With the development of health and medicine facilities in China,the scope of hospital building and hospital equipment were improved at a large extent,meanwhile,the hospital energy consumption was also increased.Therefore,it was an important problem for the hospital to save energy and reduce consumption on the basis of keeping the medical quality.In this paper,the questionnaires and field study for the energy consumption of the second rank and higher hospitals in Zhejiang were carried out.According to the results,the relativity analysis method was used to analyze the main factors which affected the hospital energy consumption.The results indicated that the amount of outpatient had great influence on energy consumption.For the higher rank hospitals,the utilization rate of hospital bed also had impact on energy consumption,however,the influence of the high-power medical equipment was relatively small.
