摘 要:目的研究综合性医院产科固定小组制护理模式的实际运行效果和经验,解决产科护士分级次使用和管理难题。方法选择某院2007年7月—2009年6月产科在职的全体护士,比较实施固定小组制护理模式前后1年的护理质量、护士满意度、产妇满意度。结果实施固定小组制护理模式后护士满意度、产妇满意度、护理质量均较实施前有所提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或<0.01)。结论综合性医院产科实施固定小组制护理模式解决了护士的分级使用问题,有利于提高护士和产妇满意度,提高护理质量,降低护理风险。Objective To study the application of fixed-group nursing model to obstetric department in general hospital. Methods All the on-the-job nurses of the obstetric department in some hospital were included in the study. The nurse satisfaction, puerpera satisfaction and nursing quality were compared before and 1 year after the application of fixed-group nursing model. Results The nurse satisfaction, puerpera satisfaction and nursing quality were significantly improved after the performance compared to pre- performance of fixed-group nursing model (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01). Conclusion Fixed-group nursing model is effective to solve the nurse classification problems, improve the nurse and puerpera satisfaction and nursing quality, and reduce the nursing risk.
