摘　　要：阐述了高校图书馆流通管理工作的重要性,指出新形势下,高校图书馆流通的服务工作应该转变服务理念,做好书库管理的同时,还要做好读者的导读工作,同时更要处理好图书馆流通部内部的矛盾,为读者营造一个和谐的借阅环境。This paper expounds the importance of circulation management of university library, and points out that under the new situation, the circulation service of university library should transform the service concept, do well the reading guidance for readers as the same time of doing well the stack room management, and treat properly the conflicts within the circulation department of library, and construct a harmonious environment for readers.
