摘　　要：从报纸的征订、验收、补缺等工作实践出发,阐述了报纸管理工作中应注意的几个问题,并提出了相应的解决办法。This paper puts forward several problems needing attention in newspaper management from the working practice of newspaper＇s subscription, acceptance, and supplementary, etc., and puts forward some corresponding solutions.
