摘　　要：本文从劳动者个体效用最大化出发,在改进贝克尔提出的时间配置模型的基础上,构建了一个分析农村劳动力转移行为的微观框架。在此框架下,本文分析认为,影响农村劳动力转移决策的因素主要体现为城市部门工作总成本和真实工资率两个指标。根据这一结论,本文对目前影响我国农村劳动力转移的主要因素进行了简要分析,认为企业因素是其中的关键因素。Under the premise of individual utility maximization,amending the time-allocation-model which was interpreted by Becker,this paper constructs the model for the micro-analysis on the migration behaviors of rural labor force.Through this model,it draw the conclusion that the main indicators affecting the migration of rural labor force are total cost paid for working in cities and real wage rate of the urban sectors.The analysis based on the conclusion indicates that the key factors which affect the current migration of rural labor force in our country come from the firm.
