摘 要:云南红豆杉扦插苗苗木质量与其主要性状相关性的研究结果表明:苗木群体其苗高和地径的总体分布呈正态分布规律;苗木群体的两质量性状相比较,苗高的变异程度小于地径,而两性状间其变异差异与初插时穗条的性状有关。苗木个体生长量与植株性状发育相关联,在苗木诸性状中,新梢及插穗长度对单株苗木高度的影响程度最大,而侧根数、根幅等其他性状,主要通过对新梢的影响而间接影响苗木的高生长;根幅、侧根数的发育程度对插穗的间接影响程度较大,它们在苗木的高生长过程中有着重要的效应。因此,促进苗木侧根及根幅的发育,以及加强水肥管理是培育壮苗的关键技术措施之一。The correlation between the main characters and quality of Taxus yunnanensis cutting plants has been studied. The results indicated as following aspects:The population distribution of height and ground diameter of Taxus yunnanensis cutting plants were all normal distribution; the variation extent of height was lower than that of ground diameter and the difference in variation of these 2 characters was related with the characters of cutting. Individual growth of Taxus yunnanensis cutting plants was related with it's character development, the length of sprout and cutting affected the height of individual cutting plant to the largest extent,the number of branch roots and root range affected the height growth of cutting plant by affecting sprout,the development of root range and branch root number were important factors to the growth of cutting plant. Promoting the development of branch roots and root range of cutting plants, strengthening the management of irrigation and fertilization were key measures to breed strong Taxus yunnanensis cutting plants.
