摘　　要：云南红豆杉是提取紫杉醇（ｔａｘｏｌ）等有效抗癌药物主要成分的原料，其人工原料林的培育是目前获得原料最简便、最经济的途径。采穗圃是提供原料林繁殖材料的基础。文章从苗木培育、圃地选择、造林等方面介绍了云南红豆杉采穗圃的营建技术。并对已在丽江、漕涧、昆明、马关建立的云南红豆杉采穗圃的穗条产量及发展前景进行了分析。The plants of Taxus yunnanensisare the raw materials to extract taxol.At present,cultivating taxus yunnanensisplantation is the simplest and the most economical method to get raw materials.Cutting orchard is the resource of propagation materials to construct raw material forests of Taxus yunnanensis,The construction techniques of Taxus yunnanensis cutting orchard including seedling,nursery selection,afforestation etc.are introduced in this paper.Meanwhile,the scion output and development prospect of Taxus yunnanensis cutting orchard,which were constructed in Lijiang,Chaojian,Kunming and Maguan are analyzed.
