摘 要:为实现产品实例对设计过程的支持,提高产品开发效率与质量,提出面向用户的实例反馈方法.通过建立基于设计任务链的实例反馈模型,将知识由静态描述拓展到动态描述,运用概念捆绑和用户意图分类方法剔除因描述的不严密所产生的干扰信息,将直观的样本实例反馈为任务链信息,利用匹配任务链节点的关联分析获得新的关联任务,进而重构获得满足用户需求的产品模型,实现产品设计的实例反馈.该方法在低压电器产品开发中得到了应用验证,通过对低压断路器设计实例分析,构建设计任务链节点的关联关系,重构断路器设计语义.An instance feed back method oriented to consumer was presented to realize the product instance supporting to the process of product design and increase the quality and efficiency of product development. A feedback model was found based on the tentative design chain. The description of knowledge was expanded to dynamic field. The methods of classified consumer intention and concept binding were used to describe the intuitionistic instance into a disciplinary design chain,thus the interferential information could be eliminated. The relating design chain was obtained by using nodes matching method,and then a new product model was finally reconstructed. This method was applied to a low voltage apparatus design process. The design instance was analyzed to construct the relationship between the tentative design chain nodes and the semantic design description.
