摘 要:为了适应电力电子系统集成中模块标准化的要求,提出柔性变流器的概念,并且给出一种具有2个可选择拓扑的柔性变流器的例子.只要改变输出端子的联结方式就可以让这个变流器工作于2个不同的拓扑,这2个拓扑在适应V/I输出和2V/(I/2)输出2种应用场合下元器件的应力完全对等.由于柔性变流器在不同拓扑下具有不同的功率级传递函数,存在不利于小信号设计的问题,通过选择合理的控制电路结构解决了小信号兼容性问题.通过220V和110V两种输出规格合一的1100W的电力操作电源样机验证了以上的分析,在这2种输出电压下的变换效率都高达96%,和传统变换器相比,柔性变流器具有更佳的宽范围适应性.A novel conception of flexible converter was proposed to satisfy the requirement of wide adaptability for standard power modules in the scheme of power electronics system integration. And then a practical case of flexible converter with two selectable topologies based on inductor-inductor-capacitor (LLC) resonant converter with frequency modulation was also proposed. This converter can operate under two various topologies to satisfy various applications only by altering the connecting mode of the output pins. This converter is suitable for two applications of V/I output and 2 V/(I/2) output,and the voltage stresses and current stresses of all main components are peer to peer under these two applications. The compatible issue of small signal was presented and solved as well. Finally,an 1100W operating power supply used in electric power system with selectable output of 110 V and 220 V was built to verify the above analysis and the highest efficiency was above 96%. Compared with the conventional converter,the flexible converter shows wide range adaptability.
