摘　　要：为了改善道路客运企业服务质量,提升企业IT管理能力,提出了适用于客运企业需求的道路客运小件快递BSM支撑平台。该平台通过引入先进的业务服务管理(business service management,BSM)理念,结合SNMP以及基于Web的网络管理(web-based management,WBM)等多种网络管理技术,依据道路客运企业业务内容,对企业内IT设施实施监控管理,从而提高企业IT管理的灵活性,并降低维护费用。通过一个原型系统的运行实例,表明了该平台在道路客运企业IT管理方面的可行性。To improve the quality of service of road passenger transport enterprises and enhance the ability of enterprises IT management, a BSM support platform of the road passenger transport small pieces express is proposed, which fits the passenger transport enterprises demand. The platform introduces the advanced concept of business service management （BSM） and combines with SNMP, web-based management （WBM） and other network management techniques, monitors and manages IT infrastructure of enterprises based on the content of the road passenger transport enterprises business, thereby the flexibility of enterprise IT management is improved and maintenance costs is reduced. An application case of prototype system validated the feasibility of IT management in the passenger transport enterprises.
