摘　　要：随着房地产市场发展的起落,房地产中介业也经历了从繁荣到衰退又转暖的过程,其经营模式随之发生了巨大的变化。为了适应市场环境和降低经营成本,众多房产中介机构开始尝试网络经纪的模式,网络经纪具有传统经纪模式无法比拟的优势,同时也存在着诸多发展中的问题。因此,本文就网络经纪发展模式的现状、问题及发展途径予以阐述和探讨,并对将来的房地产中介发展趋势进行了分析。With the development of real estate industry market,its operation pattern changes a lot.In order to adapt to the market and reduce the operation cost,many real estate agencies begin to choose the pattern of web economy.In this paper,I make a discussion on the present situation,problems and developing path of web economy,and also make an analysis on the future development tendency of real estate agency
