摘　　要：飞机二次配电管理装置(SPDA)是新一代飞机的关键装置之一;其测试具有信号多、数据大、数据处理复杂、实时性要求高等特点;针对这些特点,设计了基于LabVIEW的测试系统,该测试系统能同时实现多路模拟量数据采集输入及多路模拟量数字量控制输出,并通过RS232及CAN总线与SPDA实现可靠通信,控制及读取SPDA的实时状态及相关数据,并能对数据进行多层面的实时处理及显示;调试试验充分说明,本测试系统功能全面,稳定可靠,系统设计方案合理,开发思路正确,对复杂测试任务具有较高参考价值。The Secondary Power Distribution Administrator （SPDA） is one of key devices for the next-generation airplane. There are too many signals, too much data and high real-time requirement to test SPDA. A LabVIEW - based test-system which has the capability to test SPDA in all aspects is designed. The test-system can sample multiple analog inputs and output multiple digital and analog signals synchronously. Via the RS232 and CAN bus, this test-system can credibly communicate with SPDA to get the Real-time states and the data of SPDA and can perform real time data processing and showing. The debugging and experiment absolutely indicates that this test- system has all-around functions and a satisfactory reliability and the design-scheme and design-method is proper and correct.
