摘  要:为提高现有多点温度采集系统在数据采集与传输中的实时性与便利性,提出了一种基于MCS51单片机的嵌入式网络多点温度采集系统的软硬件设计方案;单片机采用AT89S8252,网络控制芯片采用RTL8019AS,温度采集采用智能数字温度传感器DS18B20,讨论了自定制的精简TCP/IP协议栈的单片机实现,以及多至8路温度数据的快速同步采集方法与实现;经远程网络测试表明,温度数据采集及TCP数据包传输正常,能满足系统应用要求,为进一步构建基于网络的大规模分布式温度数据采集和监控系统打下了基础。In order to improve the performance of speed and convenience in the existing multipoint temperature measuring system, a design scheme of hardware and software for an embedded network multipoint temperature measuring system based on MCS51 single chip microcomputer is presented. The system uses AT89S8252 as the single chip microcomputer, uses RTL8019AS chip as the network microeontroller, and uses the numerical temperature sensor of DS18B20 to measure temperature. The realization of tidy TCP/IP protocol that is specially customized for the practical application in the single chip microcomputer, and the method of quick temperature measuring for eight points are discussed. The experiments proved that the system satisfy the requirements. This technological achievement provides a basis for the construction of network-based distributed temperature measuring and monitoring system on a large scale.
