临床路径的本体建模与电子化研究

摘　　要：随着数字化医院的建设和电子病历的广泛使用,临床路径的电子化研究也越来越为人们所关注。介绍了基于本体和SWRL的临床路径知识库框架,这个框架包括:临床路径本体模型和基于SWRL管理临床路径基准的规则模型。以临床路径知识库框架为基础,提出基于本体和SWRL的实时临床路径电子模板的设计方法。最后通过具体的案例分析说明该临床路径知识库如何帮助医护人员制定临床路径。With the development of digital hospitals and widespread use of EMR, creating Electronic Clinical Pathway is in focus. In this paper we construct a Clinical Pathway knowledge based framework, which consists of a Clinical Pathway Ontology and a Clinical Pathway Rule Module. The Clinical Pathway Rule Module created by utilizing SWRL is used to store and manage rules involved in executing Clinical Pathways. Under the Clinical Pathway knowledge based framework, we present an Electronic Clinical Pathway Prototype based on Ontology and SWRL, which aims at providing a solution concerning the real-time design and execution of Clinical Pathways. Finally we describe a specific case study to illustrate how this Clinical Pathway knowledge based framework guide clinicians to create Clinical Pathways.
