我国基本公共文化服务的地区差异分析

摘　　要：基于2006年的数据,采用倍差、标准变异系数以及差异指数等统计指标对我国省际和区际间基本公共文化服务的均等化程度进行分析,发现我国地区间在绝大部分基本公共文化服务类别上存在很大差异,提出要加大对中部地区的中央财政转移支付,以均等化各地区的基本公共文化服务。Based on data in 2006, using the statistical indicators of difference-in-difference, standard difference coefficient of variation and difference index, the paper analyzed equalization degree of the basic public cultural services between provinces and regions, found that there were significant differences in most part types of basic public cultural services between regions in china, proposed to increase the central fiscal transfers to the central region to equalize the basic public cultural services of various regions.
