摘 要:考察了多种普通商用雷尼镍催化剂在 2,4-二氟硝基苯液相催化加氢反应的催化性能,研究了 Mo 改性后的影响。结果表明,雷尼镍催化剂的催化性能与其颗粒尺寸有紧密的联系,颗粒尺寸越小则单位质量催化剂的加氢活性位越多,其 2,4-二氟硝基苯液相催化加氢性能(活性和选择性)相应越好,同时反应过程中存在 Ni-Al 骨架破损引起活性组分Ni 流失而造成催化剂失活的现象;经 Mo 改性后,2,4-二氟硝基苯液相催化加氢反应中的催化活性和稳定性均有明显提高。 H2-TPD、XPS 等表征实验表明,Mo 改性后雷尼镍催化剂活性的提高与其对氢的解离吸附能力增强有关,Mo 的添加同时稳定了 Ni-Al 合金骨架,提高了催化剂的稳定性。The catalytic properties of some commercial Raney Ni on the liquid catalytic hydrogenation of 2,4-difluoronitrobenzene into 2,4-difluoroaniline were evaluated in a batch reactor.The results showed that smaller granule size Raney Ni has more hydrogenated active sites and better catalytic hydrogenation properties(activity and selectivity),but the commercial Raney Ni easily deactivated in reaction process due to the breakage of Ni-Al framework and losing Ni active component.Mo modified Raney Ni was found to have higher activity and better stability than commercial Raney Ni.By using H2-TPD and XPS technique to characterize catalyst samples,the observed results indicate that the Mo modified catalyst had higher activity was related to catalyst had greater dissociation adsorption capacity on H2 than non-modified catalyst.Adding Mo to Raney Ni can stabilize the Ni-Al framework and improve the stability of catalyst.
