摘　　要：试验研究了不同基质与生长调节剂处理对大花美人蕉分株繁殖的影响。结果表明:在黄土中混入泥碳等有机质可以促进美人蕉的新出芽数、出芽系数、新出芽高;使用IBA300mg?L-1和生根粉200mg?L-1灌根能够促进大花美人蕉的的出芽;用6-BA20～50mg?L-1浸美人蕉根茎,有利于芽的生长。The effects of different stroma and growth regulators on division propagation of Canna generMis were studied in this experiment. The results showed that common soil mixed some peat or other organic matters could improve the shoots, budding rate and budding height of C. generah＇s. Root injected with IBA 300 mg·L 1 or ABT 200 mg·L-1 could induce budding. Root soaked with 6-BA 20-50 mg·L-1 could also increase the budding.
