摘　　要：针对我公司2000 mm铝热粗轧机乳化液系统过滤能力低、流量不匹配、系统不稳定、乳化液清洁度差、乳化液泄漏等问题,提出了降低铝板带表面乳液残留,改善工艺润滑环境,降低轧辊和乳化液消耗等一系列工艺技术措施。技术改造后的各项技术经济指标均达到国内先进水平。Considering the emulsion system problems of 2000 mm aluminium hot roughing mill in our company with low filtration capacity,mismatching flow,unstable system,poor cleanness and emulsion leakage,puts forward a serial technical measures,including increasing surface emulsion residue,improving process lubrication circumstance,reducing the roller and emulsion consumption.After reformation,various technical indexes reach advanced level in China.
