妊高征患者外周血HLA-G水平及CD_4^+/CD_8^+与眼底病变的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨妊娠高血压综合征(PIH)患者外周血人白细胞抗原-G(HLA-G)水平及T细胞亚群变化与眼底病变的关系。方法分别采用ELISA法和流式细胞技术检测40例PIH患者(观察组)和20例正常孕妇(对照组)分娩前、后血清HLA-G水平和CD4+/CD8+,分析其与眼底病变的关系。结果观察组分娩前HLA-G水平随病情加重而降低,并且随眼底病变加重而降低;与PIH眼底病变程度呈负相关(r=-0.655,P<0.01);CD4+/CD8+与PIH病情呈负相关(r=-0.344,P<0.05),而与眼底病变程度无明显相关性。分娩前、后眼底病变与PIH病情均呈显著正相关(r分别为0.809、0.731,P均<0.01)。结论血清HLA-G水平可作为反映妊高征病情和眼底视网膜病变程度的指标之一。Objective To explore the correlations between the levels of human leukocyte antigen-G（ HLA-G ） ,T- cell subset changes and retinopathy in patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension（PIH）. Methods The method of enzymelinked immunosorbentassay（ELISA） and flow cytometry were adopted to detect the levels of HLA-G and CD4^＋/CD8^＋ in peripheral blood of 40 cases of PIH （ observed group） and 20 cases of normal pregnant weman （ control group） before and after delivery. The correlations between the indexes and retinopathy were discussed. Results The level of HLA-G in observed group decreased before delivery when the state of PIH and retinopathy getting worse, and negatively correlated with the state of retinopathy（r = - 0. 655, P 〈 0.01 ） ; The level of CD4^＋/CD8^＋ was negatively correlated with the state of PIH （ r = -0.344, P 〈 0.05）, but there was no distinct significance were found when referred to the retinopathy. There were signifi- cant positive relationship between the extent of retinopathy and the PIH （r = 0. 809 ,0. 731, both P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The level of HLA-G in plasma maybe used as one of the indexes to reflect the extent of retinopathy in PIH.
