摘　　要：本文利用近红外漫反射光谱对玉米叶钾营养含量进行快速测定的研究。以农大265玉米为材料,采用偏最小二乘回归法(PLS)建立玉米叶片中钾含量与光谱数据的校正模型,其决定系数Rc2=0.9783,交叉验证决定系数Rv2=0.9133,交叉验证均方差RMSECV=1.6499,模型因子数Factor=12。结果表明,利用近红外漫反射光谱法快速测定玉米叶片中钾营养含量是可行的,为近红外光谱仪快速测定玉米叶钾含量提供了理论依据。This paper describes the application of near infrared diffuse reflection spectroscopy（NIDRS）in determining the potassium content in maize leave.The samples were obtained from leaves of Nongda 265 maize.The model is made using partial least squares regression（PLS）.The results indicate that the adjusted R-square of calibration（Rc2）=0.9783,the adjusted R-square of validation（Rv2）=0.9133,and the root mean standard errors of cross validation（RMSECV）=1.6499 g kg-1,the factor=12.The results indicate that using NIDRS to determinate the contents of potassium is feasible,so as to provide a theoretical basis for quickly determining the potassium in maize leaves by using near infrared diffuse reflection spectroscopy.
