摘　　要：本文根据冶金行业连铸机使用的液压缸的工作特点和环境,提出了无唇边密封圈在连铸机液压缸上的应用,并达到了良好效果。解决了使用唇边密封圈易撕裂、反卷和挤出等缺陷。This paper puts forward the application of the sealing without the lip on the hydraulic cylinder of cotinuous casting machine according the working atmosphere and working characteristic of continuous casting machine which is used in metallurgical industry. It achieves nicer effect and solves the easily lacerated ,rolled ,extruded defect when the sealing with the lip is used.
