癌症病人抑郁情绪和T细胞等与NK活性关系的研究

摘　　要：本文对癌症病人进行抑郁情绪调查和T淋巴细胞及其亚群和NK细胞活性检测，结果表明，病人的抑郁严重度指数与T4／T8之间有较明显的负相关关系，与T3之间也存在一定的负相关关系，说明病人的抑郁严重度越高，抗肿瘤细胞免疫功能越差。In this paper,the conditions of depression were investigated and T lymphocytes,their subpopulation and NK activities were measured in 43 cases of cancer patients. The relationship between depression of patient with cancer and T lymphocytes,their subpopulation and NK activities were studide. The results demonstraced that there was a relatively significant negative interrelationship between the index of the severe degree of depression and T4/T8 and certain negative interrelationship between the severe degree of deprcssion andT3 cells. These indicate that the severer patient's depression,the lower the function of cellular immunity against rumour.
