折叠游离前臂皮瓣软腭重建患者的护理

摘　　要：对8例软腭癌患者行根治术同期折叠游离前臂皮瓣软腭重建术,取得了较好的治疗效果。由于软腭癌病变部位和治疗方法的特殊性,且软腭缺损对修复组织的要求较高,故其手术前后的护理具有较强的专科特色:1.加强心理护理;2.重视术前口腔准备;3.术后认真做好引流管、游离皮瓣和气管切开的护理。Eight cases of soft palatal carcinoma have received radical treatment in the past two years, the effect is good. It is because of the soft palatal carcinoma occuring in a special position and needing a specific treatment that the pre - and postoperative nursing cares have specific characteristics: strengthen psychological nursing care; pay attention to the preoperative oral preparation; intensify the postoperative nursing cares of drainage duct, free flap and tracheotomy.
