摘　　要：分析先兆流产患者妊娠结局与外周血CD4^+CD25^+Foxp3^+调节性T细胞的联系。对先兆流产患者采用黄体酮针40mg im qd,HCG针2000 u im qod,地屈孕酮片1片Bid po,维生素E丸1粒Tid po的治疗方案保胎;采用细胞内染色流式细胞术,分析外周血CD4^+CD25^+Foxp3^+T细胞亚群。结果:28例先兆流产患者经用以上治疗方案保胎后,18例成功,10例失败。经治疗后,保胎成功组外周CD4^+CD25^+Foxp3^+/CD4^+、CD4^+Foxp3^+、CD25^+Foxp3^+T细胞比例显著高于保胎失败组(P<0.05),并显著高于保胎治疗前(P<0.05)。外周调节性T细胞升调节有利于成功妊娠。To analyze the relationship of the CD4＋ CD25＋ Foxp3＋ regulatory T cells in peripheral blood to pregnant outcome of the threatened abortion, 28 patients with threatened abortion were recruited, and treated with a therapeutic regimen of intra- muscular injections of progesterone （40 mg qd） and HCG（2 000 u, qod） and oral use of dydrogesterone tablets （bid, po） and vitamin E pills（tid po）. Flow cytometry for intracellular staining was used to analyze peripheral CD4＋ CD25＋ Foxp3＋ regulato- ry T cells in peripheral blood, It was demonstrated that the ratios of the peripheral CD4＋ CD25＋ Foxp3＋/CD4＋ , CD4＋ Foxp3＋ , CD25＋ Foxp3＋T cells in pregnancy continuance group after above-mentioned therapeutic regimen were significantly higher than that of the pregnancy wastage; and even higher than that before treatment （P〈0.05）. This result indicates that the up-regulation of peripheral regulatory T cells may favor to success of pregnancy.
