灯盏花注射液治疗干燥综合征的临床研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨应用灯盏花注射液治疗原发性干燥综合征（PSS）的机理及疗效。方法：治疗组45例PSS患者，用灯盏花注射液20ml加入生理盐水250ml静点，1次／日，14d为一疗程；同时用复方丹参注射液作对照组。治疗前后在检查泪腺分泌功能和居腺活检的基础上，还检测患者的甲镇微循环及免疫球蛋白的变化。结果：治疗组总有效率95．6％，对照组16．7％。治疗后患者甲皱微循环明显改善，免疫球蛋白恢复正常。结论：灯盏花注射液的主要成分为飞蓬甙、黄芩素甙等9种成分。主要功能有降低血粘度，对抗血小板和血细胞聚集，抗内凝血及促进纤维蛋白原的溶解，改善微循环，调节免疫和促进外分泌腺的分泌作用。治疗PSS有显著疗效，值得在临床上进一步推广应用。Third Affliliated Hospital of Hebei Medical Uniwrsity Shi Jiazhuan 050051)To probe the mechanism and curative effective of erigeron breviscapus - Vant Hand mazz injection (云南灯盏花注射液 ) in treating primary sjogren's syndrome (PSS), we have selected 45 casses PSS patients to be treat by erigeron breviscapus - Vant Hand masz imjection, 20ml, intravenous imection, once a day and 14 days as a course of treatment, Morevere, we used salvia miltiorrhiza injection (丹参注射液) as control group. On the basis of dectecting the secrectory function of lacrimal gland and labial gland biopsy of the lower lip, we also examined the changes of nail fold microcirculation and immunoglobuline before and after the treatment. Results showed that the total effective rates of the treatment group and contorl group were 95. 6%, 16. 7% respectively. The nail fold microcirulation of the patients improved remarkebly and the inmmunoglobulin recovered to normal after the treament.
