摘 要:利用固相法合成得到纤维状和片层状两种不同形态的NbSex微纳米材料。利用XRD,SEM,TEM,HRTEM等检测手段对得到的产物进行了表征,结果表明,提高温度有利于NbSex的结晶;温度较低时容易得到纤维状微纳米材料,直径100~300nm,长度为几十微米;随着温度的升高,微纳米纤维逐渐消失而形成六边形状的片层结构,尺寸在10μm左右。利用UMT-2摩擦试验机进行了微纳米材料作为HVI500基础油添加剂的摩擦学性能的初步研究,结果表明,NbSex微纳米材料极大地改善了基础油的减摩性能,且片层状的NbSe2具有较好的减摩性能。NbSex micro-nano-materials were successfully prepared by solid-state reaction.The as-prepared products were characterized by X-ray diffractometry(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),and high-resolution transmission electron microscopy(HRTEM).The results show that a higher temperature is helpful to the crystallization of NbSex.The fibers with diameter of 100-300nm and length of several micometers can be obtained at lower temperature,and when temperature is raised the NbSex sheets are produced.The tribological properties of the as-prepared NbSex powders as an additive in HVI500 base oil were investigated by using the UMT-2 tribo-tester.The results show that NbSex mico-nano-materials can reduce the friction of base oil greatly,and the NbSe2 sheets have better properties of friction reduction.
