摘　　要：目的探讨鼻中隔尾端偏曲的手术方法及其疗效观察。方法回顾性分析48例鼻中隔尾端偏曲患者,全部行鼻内镜下鼻中隔黏膜下成形术,其中44例采用鼻中隔尾侧半穿透切口,4例采用鼻小柱倒"V"形切口。结果术后随访1～20个月,48例中,治愈45例,好转3例。结论鼻中隔尾端偏曲采用鼻内镜下鼻中隔尾侧半穿透切口黏膜下成形术,操作方便、疗效佳,可作为首选切口。OBJECTIVE To explore the surgical methods and their efficacy for the caudal septal deviation.METHODS The clinical data of 48 consecutive patients who underwent endoscopic septoplasty with caudal septum incision during Sept.,2007 to May,2009（age from 20 to 78 years old） were retrospectively studied.Patients were evaluated with clinic symptoms,endoscopic examination of the nasal cavities and computed tomography of the sinuses and nasal cavities.Information was also collected during the surgery.The operation plan was designed according to the abnormality of the nasal cavity.RESULTS Follow up was carried out for 1 to 20 months after endoscopic septoplasty surgery.There were 45 cases cured and 3 cases improved.CONCLUSION The endoscopic septoplasty with caudal septum incision is an easy and efficient method for caudal septal deviation and is worth of popularizing.
