摘 要:为了探讨玉米根系水浸液对黄芩的化感作用,建立高效的粮药间作套种模式,提高黄芩的产量,采用生物测定法研究了玉米根系水浸液(浓度分别为0.05、0.1、0.15、0.2g/ml4个梯度)对商洛黄芩、蓝田黄芩、甘肃黄芩、山东黄芩种子萌发的影响,结果表明,在0.05g/ml的水浸液浓度下,除山东黄芩有抑制作用外,其余品种均有明显的促进作用,且化感效应的强弱依次为:蓝田黄芩>甘肃黄芩>商洛黄芩;随着浓度的升高,表现为化感抑制作用,且浓度越高抑制作用越强。In order to explore allelopathy of maize roots' water extraction on ScuteUaria and build effective food medicine intercropping patterns by bioassay method and finally to improve the output of Scutellaria. With Scutellaria from Shangluo, Lantian, Gansu and Shandong as experimental materials under different concentration of maize roots' water extraction (0.05,0.1,0. 15 g/ml). The results showed that all the four aboved-mentioned maize roots' water extraction improved Scutellaria seed germination except 0.05 g/ml, and the sequence of allelopthy from strong to weak as follow: Lantian, Gansu, Shangluo. High concentration of maize roots' water extraction could inhibit ScuteUaria seed germination, and inhibition became strong with concentration increasing.
