摘　　要：简要介绍小功率石英金卤灯的工作原理,从物理化学方面分析涂粉工艺对电弧管光电性能的影响。以当前行业火喷涂粉设备为研究对象,介绍涂粉设备工作原理,详细讨论火喷涂粉工艺相关技术规范。The principle of low-power quartz metal halide lamp is briefly introduced. Based on the physical and chemical principles, the effects of powder-coating technics on the optical and electrical properties of arc tubes are analyzed. The operating principle of current industrial fire-spraying powder-coating equipment is also described, and the technical specifications for the process are discussed in detail.
