输尿管气囊导管在输尿管镜碎石术治疗输尿管上段结石中的应用(附36例报告)

摘　　要：目的探讨输尿管气囊导管在输尿管镜碎石术治疗输尿管上段结石中的应用价值。方法对36例输尿管上段结石术中使用输尿管气囊导管防止结石上移。结果34例有效地预防了结石的上移,一次性碎石成功,成功率为94.4%(34/36)。结论输尿管镜碎石术治疗输尿管上段结石术中使用输尿管气囊导管,可以有效地防止结石上移,提高碎石的成功率,同时也可减少菌血症的发生和促进术中结石排出,值得在临床上推广。Objective To explore the efficacy of ureteral balloon catheter in transurethral ureteroscopic lithotripsy for the treatment of upper ureteral calculi. Methods A total of 36 patients with upper ureteral calculi underwent transurethral ureteroscopic lithotripsy in our hospital. During the operation, ureteral balloon catheter was employed to prevent the stones from being pushed upward. Results In 94.4% （34/36） of the patients, the ureteral balloon catheter took effect, and the stones were fragmented in one session. Conclusion Ureteral balloon catheter can prevent ureteral calculi from moving upwards during transurethral ureteroscopic lithotripsy, and thus increase the success rate of the procedure and the rate of stone removal; and decrease the postoperative rate of bacteremia.
