摘  要:为了得到电控喷油器针阀开启滞后时间(td1)及针阀落座滞后时间(td2),从电控喷油器的结构和工作原理出发,分析了电控喷油器的喷射过程,详细推导了喷油器针阀开启及落座滞后时间的数学表达式,为电控喷油器的性能改进提供了理论指导;详细分析了电控喷油器通电后线圈电流的变化规律,利用在喷油器针阀完全开启或完全落座时刻,电流曲线上会出现拐点的特点,设计了测试拐点出现时刻的检测电路,并利用80C196单片机开发了电控喷油器开启及落座滞后时间测试系统。实际测试结果表明,该测试系统对td1的测试误差为0.87%,对td2的测试误差为1.14%,可以满足电控喷油器开发过程中动态性能检测的需要。In order to gain the opening lag time(td1)and the closing lag time(td2)of the electromagnetic injectors,the injec tion process was analyzed based on the structure and the operation principle of an injector,and the mathematical formula of the opening and closing lag time of the needle valve was deduced to instruct the performance improvement of the electro-manetic injectors in this paper.The evolution law of the coil current when the injector powered on was analyzed in detail,and according to the charateristic that a turning point would appear at the coil current curve at the moment of nee dle valve thorough opening and closing,the detecting circuits to measure the turning points were designed and a detecting system based on 80C196 microprocessor was developed to measure the opening and closing lag times of the electromagnetic injectors.The test results showed that the error of td1 was 0.87% and the error of td2 was 1.14%.These detecting precision can meet the detecting requirements of dynamics for electromagnetic injector’s development.
