摘 要:天兴洲是武汉市郊的江心岛,1977年成为血吸虫病疫区,本文对该岛的形成及血吸虫病发生发展状况进行探索,证明该岛是由于江水“横向环流”形成“河心滩”衍化而来,血吸虫病疫源是邻近的有螺河道钉螺扩散及疫区居民迁入天兴洲而致。分析血吸虫病流行因素后,发现地形、地貌、植被及水位泥沙变化等地理因素对血吸虫病流行有一定影响。三峡大坝修建后,河道动态变化对血吸虫病传播的影响也作了初步预测。Tianxing Island, which is situated in the middle pait of river (Yangtze river) and borderes on the Wuhan City, is an epldemic area of schistosomiasis. The Investigation on geogramedicine of schistosomiasis was carried out by methods of reversed survey and inspection in the observation area. The formation of the island and the occurance of schistosomiasis was explored. The results showed that the pathogeny of schlstosomiasis on the island stems was come from the proliferation of Oncomelanina hupensis in near flood land (Fu rlver) and the migration of inhabitant from the epidemic area of schistosomiasis (Huangpi County). It is indicated that the change of the topography and terrain,the landform and vegetation,the waterlevel and silt content could interfere to the epidemic condition of schistosomiasis according to the epidemic characters of schistosomiasis. It was foreseen, the influence of Three Gorge Dam construction in the Yangtze river in the spread of epidemic of schistosomiasis.
