摘  要:本文通过SDS-PAGE和电渗方法,从日本血吸虫未成熟虫卵可溶性抗原(SIEA)中分离纯化出67kDa蛋白分子,以该分子包被微板进行ELISA,检测了急、慢性日本血吸虫病人血清,其阳性检出率达100%和94.6%,与60例正常人血清、30例肝吸虫和31例肺吸虫病人血清均未出现明显交叉反应,慢性血吸虫病人治疗后3个月、半年和1年的阴转率分别为58.1%,75.4%和84.6%。提示SIEA67kDa分子抗原具有较好的疗效考核价值和现场应用前景。A major antigenic protein of 67kDa was purified from soluble immature egg antigen (SIEA) of Schistosoma japonicum by means of SDS-PAGE and electric elution method. The purified SIEA 67kDa antigen was used to coat microplates for ELISA. The comparison of sensitivity between acute patients and chronic patients showed that the positive rates were 100% and 94. 6%,respectivily. The SIEA 67kDa antigen produced neither false nor cross re actions with sera from normal human and patients with pargonimiasis or clonorchiasis. And also,it was used to observe the antibody levels in the patients with schistosomiasis before and after treatment. The negative conversion rates were 58. 1 %, 75. 4% and 84. 6% at 3, 6,12 months after treatment,respectivily . The above data showed that the SIEA 67kDa protein is an useful antigen for immunodiagnosis of schistosomiasis japonica.
