摘 要:目的应用氨溴索治疗豚鼠分泌性中耳炎后,用超微细胞化学方法观察豚鼠咽鼓管黏膜细胞超微结构。方法用已制成分泌性中耳炎的豚鼠分成2组,分别用氨溴索及生理盐水注入鼓室,电镜及光镜下观察咽鼓管黏膜上皮超微结构的变化。结果2组在病理方面有显著差异,氨溴索治疗组咽鼓管上皮的纤毛及微绒毛病变轻。结论应用氨溴索治疗豚鼠分泌性中耳炎前后咽鼓管黏膜上皮板层体样结构的数量增加,结构迅速恢复。Objective To observe the uhrastructure of mucous membrane of eustachian tube in guinea pig with secretory otitis media treated by anbroxol with ultracytochemically. Methods Guinea pig with secretory otitis media were divided in two groups, anbroxol was injected into tympanum as therapeutic agent, physiological saline was used as control. The changes of uhrastructure of mucous membrane of eustachian tube in guinea pig with secretory otitis media were observed with electron microscope and light microscope. Results The pathologic changes were significantly different. After treated with anbroxol, pathological changes of cilium and microvilli in mucous membrane of eustachian tube were alleviated. Conclusion Application of anbroxol to treat guinea pig with secretory otitis media increased the surfactant-like lamellar bodies of mucous membrane of eustachian tube and recovered the structure quickly.
