低温冷冻治疗睑缘色素痣疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察低温冷冻疗法治疗睑缘色素痣的效果。方法对65例(65只眼)睑缘色素痣患者,将-75℃低温冷冻头置于色素痣表面进行多点冷冻,冷冻范围包括色素痣及痣缘健康组织,每点冷冻时间30s。每周冷冻1次,连续3次。结果术后随访1年,26例色素痣消失,色素痣基底脱色素,无疤痕形成。33例色素痣明显缩小,不同程度脱色素。4例色素痣无继续长大。2例色素痣略有增大。总有效率90.8%。结论低温冷冻治疗睑缘色素痣具有效果好、操作简单、费用低、无明显并发症等优点。Objective To observe the effect of cryogenic treatment of palpebral margin nevi. Methods 65 patients with palpebral margin nevi, got - 75 ℃ low temperature freezing on the surface of the nevi with muhi-poin frozen, frozen range include nevi trod nevus edge of healthy tissue. Freezing time of each point was 30 seconds. Each patient got cryogenic treatment every week, and for 3 consecutive times. Results The patients were followed up for 1 year. There were 26 cases of nevi disappear, depigmentation and no scar formation, 33 cases of pigmented nevus significantly reduced, to varying degrees depigmentation, 4 cases of pigmented nevus without growth, 2 cases of pigmented nevus increased slightly. The total effective rate was 90.8%. Conclusion The low-temperature freezing treatment of palpebral margin nevi has the advantages of good effect, simple operation, low cost, no significant complications and so on.
