^(99)TC-MDP不同剂量对兔实验性葡萄膜炎的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨不同剂量99锝-亚甲基二膦酸盐(99TC-MDP,云克)对兔实验性葡萄膜炎的不同治疗作用。方法实验兔10只随机分为99TC-MDP小剂量治疗组和大剂量治疗组。分别测定兔葡萄膜炎动物模型制模前、制模后5d、99TC-MDP给药后10d、停药后5d两组兔眼前段炎症变化。结果以眼前段炎症评分作为检测指标,小剂量与大剂量99TC-MDP均能减轻兔葡萄膜炎的眼前段炎症,(P<0.05)。但大剂量99TC-MDP对减轻兔眼前段炎症的效果比小剂量更为明显(P<0.05)。结论大剂量99TC-MDP对减轻实验性葡萄膜炎兔眼前段炎症比小剂量更为有效。Objective To investigate the impact of different dose of 99TC-MDP on the treatment of rabbits with experimental uveitis. Methods The rabbits were randomly divided into low-dose group and high-dose group,. Anterior segment inflammation was observed before the rabbits EAU models were created ,after the rabbits EAU models were created . 10 days after 99TC-MDP administration ,5 days after stopping 99TC-MDP administration. Results The inflammation score of anterior chamber was 0 before the rabbits EAU models were created, and the high inflammation score was seen in the 5th day after the rabbits EAU models were created in both groups. The inflammation score was decreased after 10 days 99TC - MDP administration more distinctly in the high-dose group than the low-dose group （ P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusion 99TC-MDP- could reduce the inflammation of anterior segment in EAU rabbits, and it is more effect by using high-dose 99TC-MDP than low-dose99 TC-MDP.
