脂联素与糖尿病视网膜病变相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨血清脂联素水平与糖尿病视网膜病变的关系。方法:应用酶联免疫吸附双抗体加心法检测24例2型糖尿病未合并视网膜病变患者、22例2型糖尿病合并视网膜病变患者以及31例健康者血清脂联素水平,测量其身高、体质量、腰围、臀围、血压,检测血清脂联素、胰岛素、血糖、血脂水平等相关指标,分析脂联素与其他指标的相关性及糖尿病视网膜病变的危险因素。结果:2型糖尿病合并视网膜病变患者脂联素水平明显降低,脂联素与胰岛素抵抗指数及视网膜病变呈明显负相关。结论:低脂联素血症是糖尿病视网膜病变的独立危险因子。Objective To study the relationship between serum adiponectin and diabetic retinopathy.Methods Twenty-four cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus without diabetic retinopathy,22 cases of diabetic retinopathy and 31 healthy subjects were measured the serum adiponectin with ELISA.The height,body mass index,waist circumference,hip circumference and blood pressure were measured.The levels of serum adiponectin,fasting insulin,fasting plasma glucose and lipid of all subjects were detected.The SPSS11.5 software was used to analyze the correlation between serum adiponectin level and other parameters,as well as the risk factors for diabetic retinopathy.Results The level of adiponectin serum decreased significantly in patients with diabetic retinopathy.There was a significant negative correlation between adiponectin level and insulin resistance index and diabetic retinopathy.Conclusion Hypoadiponectinemia is an independent risk factor for diabetic retinopathy.
