摘  要:高压直流输电晶闸管阀关断产生的电压应力是其电气特性研究的重要内容之一。对关断电压应力分析的原有电路模型作了改进,拓展了模型适用范围,推导出晶闸管阀关断电压应力分析的拉普拉斯解析方程,并对晶闸管阀换相关断的电压应力作了较为全面深入的分析,得到各种运行条件和各类电路参数变化时关断电压应力的变化情况,总结出了其中的关键因素。从计算和仿真结果来看,分析方法是可行的,并具有较高的精确度。The voltage stress caused by turn-off of HVDC thyristor valve is one of the important research objects about its electric characteristics. In this paper, the circuit model proposed in reference for the analysis of turn-off voltage stress was improved and its application range was also widened. Furthermore, Laplace equations about turn-off voltage stress were deduced and a detailed analysis was also performed. The changes of turn-off voltage stress under different application circumstances and those with different circuit parameters were obtained and key factors were also summed up. From the computation and simulation results, it was concluded that the analytical method is available and its computational results are comparatively precise.
