摘　　要：新桂系时期,在广西省政府致力于改革司法制度的努力下,广西的立法、司法程序、司法专业人员的培养以及司法机构的设置等均取得了较大成效。这为广西司法公正的实现提供了有利条件。但是由于立法上的缺陷、司法程序公正性不足、司法队伍整体素养水平不高以及司法效率低下等诸多因素的影响,司法公正始终没能在新桂系时期的广西得以真正实现。In the new era, thanks to Guangxi provincial government＇ s commitment to reform the judicial system, the legislative and judicial process, the training of judicial professionals, and the establishment of judicial bodies have achieved great progress and have been more effective. This provides favorable condition for the realization of judicial impartiality in Guangxi. However, due to deficiencies in legislation, lack of impartiality of the judicial process, unqualified judicial team, judicial inefficiency, as well as many other factors, judicial impartiality has not yet been realized in real sense in the new era.
