摘　　要：介绍了聚氨酯技术的发展历程和聚脲技术两大学派的观点。比较了"纯聚脲"和"半聚脲"的物理性能、耐久性能和施工性能。提出了我国聚脲技术发展的几个问题。The physical performance, durability and application performance of＂pure polyurea＂ and ＂semi-polyurea＂ were compared, and some problems of the technological development of China＇ s polyurea were put forward.
