摘　　要：目的探讨手术室护理不安全因素及防范措施,以提高患者围术期护理安全。方法通过近年来手术室护理工作回顾性分析、总结,找出潜在和现存的不安全因素。结果针对手术室护理不安全因素的分析,结合工作实际提出防范措施。结论严格执行各项规章制度、提高手术室护理人员工作责任心,是提高手术室护理质量、减少护理差错、事故的关键。Objective To discuss the unsafe factor and the measure of the operating room nursing,enhance patients＇ nursing security.Methods Through the recent years operating room nursing work review analysis,the summary,discovered latent and the extant unsafe factor.Results In view of the unsafe factor of the operating room nursing combined with the work actuality,the measure are proposed.Conclusion Fulfi lling exactly each rules and regulations and enhancing the operating room nursing staffs to work the sense of responsibility,are the key to improve the operating room nursing quality,reduce nursing mistake.
