摘　　要：针对当前施工组织设计编制与实施中所存在的问题，从施工现场平面布置、施工方案技术经济比选、进度计划编制、资源确定几个方面进行分析，阐明了施工组织设计对工程施工成本的影响。This article first analyzes the factors that affect the financial control pattern of the enterprise groups. According to the practical conditions of our country, the author proposes the practical choice of enterprise group＇ s financial control pattern.
