低速干气密封稳态响应数值分析

摘  要:利用Newmark算法求解低速干气密封运动方程,分析不同膜厚和动环初始角偏差下动环运动轨迹、进动角和角偏差随时间的变化。结果表明,随着膜厚或者动环初始角偏差的减小,密封运行过程中动环的扰动逐渐减弱,运动轨迹相应减小且轨迹中心逐渐趋近于静环中心;动环进动角对静环角追随能力大大提高,自身波动幅值明显减小;动环角偏差对静环角偏差的追随能力显著提高,自身波动幅值亦明显减小,致使密封端面发生接触的概率大大下降。The motion equations of low speed dry gas seal were solved by means of Newmark method. The variation of rotor motion track, rotor precession and rotor misalignment with time at different initial rotor misalignment and film thickness was analyzed. The results indicate that the perturbation and motion track of rotor are decreased with reducing of film thickness or rotor initial misalignment. The center of rotor motion track is close to the center of stator. The capability of following of rotor precession and rotor misalignment is improved by decreasing film thickness or rotor initial misalignment. The amplitude of rotor precession and rotor misalignment with time is decreased obviously by reducing film thickness or rotor initial misalignment. So the probability of contacting is reduced obviously.
