摘  要:目的评价锂电池正极材料作业场所安装自制回收装置和用防尘布包裹密闭后,对钴酸锂粉尘的治理效果。方法针对锂电池正极材料生产中粉尘危害严重,进行两次除尘治理。对作业场所主要设备关键控制点安装自制回收装置和用防尘布包裹密闭,依据职业卫生现场调查、检验检测结果分析等方法对其粉尘危害控制效果进行检测评价。结果治理前,现场48.5%样品的粉尘浓度检测结果不符合PC-TWA超限倍数要求,最高浓度为79.0 mg/m3。一次治理后作业岗位现场检测的粉尘结果较治理前有一定改善;二次治理较一次治理后有明显改善。经过两次治理,作业岗位粉尘浓度检测值均符合职业接触限值PC-TWA要求。结论本文除尘治理措施有效、可行。应加强除尘系统的维护和生产现场管理等综合措施。Objective To evaluate the effect of lithium cobalt(III) oxide dust control in workplace through installing homemade recovery unit and wrapping airtight with the dustproof cloth.Methods The methods of field investigation,inspection and detection were used to evaluate the control effect of dust hazard.Results 48.5% of samples in workplace didn't meet permissible concentration-time weighted average(PC-TWA)before treatment,the highest concentration value was 79.0 mg/m3.After the first treatment,the dust control results were improved,then the second treatment obtained more obvious effect than in the first one.Values of dust concentration in workplace met with the requirements of PC-TWA after the two treatments.Conclusion The measures of dust control is effective and feasible, and comprehensive measures should be strengthened,including dedusting system maintenance and production site management.
