摘 要:目的识别、分析某煤矿矿井建设项目存在的职业病危害因素,评价职业病危害防护措施及其效果,为卫生行政部门竣工验收和企业加强职业卫生管理工作提供参考和依据。方法采用资料收集、职业卫生现场调查、工程分析和检测检验法对该建设项目进行评价。结果该建设项目存在煤尘、噪声、毒物等多种职业病危害因素。粉尘合格率为86.5%,超标岗位主要在给煤机原煤皮带、跳汰机手选矸石处、末煤上仓皮带、1303轨道顺槽等工段;噪声合格率为85.9%,超标岗位主要在煤仓顶水平皮带、振动筛等工段;毒物和工频电场合格率均为100%。结论本建设项目存在的职业病危害因素可以有效控制,但需要加强个别场所煤尘和噪声的控制措施,并做好个人防护。Objective To identify and analyze the occupational hazard factors in the construction project of coal mine,and assess the control effect of occupational hazards.Methods The methods of collection data,field investigation of occupational health,engineering analysis,and detection of occupational hazard factors were applied.Results The occupational hazard factors in the construction project were coal dust,silica dust,welding fume,noise,sulfur dioxide,carbon monoxide,benzene,toluene and xylene.The qualified rate of concentrations of dust was 86.5%.The concentration of coal dust in four work sites exceeded the occupational exposure limits.Normalization of equivalent continuous A-weighted sound pressure level to a nominal 8 h working day was from 51.1 dB to 94.6 dB,and qualified rate was 85.9%.The noise of the vibrating screening and the thong on the top of bunker exceeded the occupational exposure limits for noise in the workplace.The qualified rate of the concentration of sulfur dioxide,carbon monoxide,benzene,toluene,and xylene was 100%.The intensity of power frequency electric field in the workplace was less than occupational exposure limits.Conclusion The occupational hazard factors in the construction project can be effectively prevented,but the facility for controlling coal dust and noise in some workplace should be improved.
