动力髋螺钉内固定治疗股骨转子间骨折的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的评价动力髋螺钉（DHS）内固定治疗股骨转子间骨折的疗效。方法67例股骨转子间骨折患者采用DHS内固定治疗，分析其临床疗效。结果该组全部获得随访。术后随访时间7～36个月，平均18个月，髋关节术后按Harris评定标准，髋关节功能优良率为94．0％，有2例出现内固定失效，无切口感染、深静脉血栓形成、骨折未愈合及髋内翻等并发症。结论动力髋螺钉内固定治疗股骨转子间骨折是一种有效方法。Objective To evaluate the clinical curative effect of the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures with internal fixation by DHS.Methods 67 cases of intertrochanteric fractures were treated by DHS followed by the retrospective analysis of curative effect.Results All patients were followed up for 7 to 36 months after the operation, with an average of 18 months.According to Harris evaluation standard,the excellent and good rate of postoperative hip joint function was 94.0%.In these following up cases, failure of internal fixation was found in 2 cases without postoperative infection,deep venous thrombosis,fracture nonunion or coxa vara.Conclusions Internal fixation by DHS was an effective method of treatment of the intertrochanteric fractures.
