北疆某边防部队116例低血压官兵血浆实验室特殊检验结果分析

摘  要:目的了解某边防一线部队低血压官兵血浆中参与血压调节多种活性物质的浓度情况,分析其与低血压发生的关系。方法采用普查的方法,在l,664名官兵中筛选出低血压患者116例,用ELISA法测定血浆中的醛固酮(ALD)、心钠素(ANP)、血管紧张素I(ANG-I)、血管紧张素Ⅱ(ANG-Ⅱ)、加压素(ADH)、肾上腺素(ADR)、去甲肾上腺素(NOR)、血管内皮素1(ET-1)、一氧化氮(NO)、血管内皮钙粘着蛋白复合体(VE.cad)。用离子电极法测定血浆钙离子(Ca2+)浓度及钠离子与钾离子比值(Na+/K+)。然后随机抽取100名血压正常的官兵做为对照组进行比较分析。结果ANP、NO血浆含量高于对照组(p〈O.01),ALD、NOR、ADH、ADR、ET-1、ANG.I、ANG-Ⅱ、VE.cad、Can、Na+/K+均低于对照组(P〈0.01)。结论醛固酮.肾素.血管紧张素系统、血浆电解质浓度及多种血管活性物质,通过对水电解质平衡及血管舒缩功能的调节,对血压平衡产生重要影响,该平衡失调对低血压的发生有重要的作用。Objective To investigate the concentration of various vesoactive substances in blood plasma of soldiers with hypotension in northern Xinjiang troops at the frontier line.Methods 116 cases of hypotension pa- tients were chosen by survey on 1,664 soldiers.ELISA was applied to detect the concentrations for ALD,ANP, ANG- I ,ANG- lI ,ADH,ADR, NOR,ET-1,NO,VE-cad.And the concentrations of Ca~,K~,Na+ were measured by ion electrodes.Another 100 soldiers with normal blood pressure were randomly selected and used as the control group.Result ANP,NO concentrations in study group are significantly higher than the control group(P〈0.01), while the concentrations of all other substances detected are significantly lower than those in the control(P〈0.01). Conclusion The triplet system of Aldosterone,rennin and angiotonin, concentration of blood plasma electrolytes and many kinds of other vasoactive substance could affect the blood pressure by regulating the balance of water- electrolyte and vasomotoricity suggesting that this disequilibrium could bring about hypotension.
