摘 要:采用阳离子可染聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯(CDPTT)与聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯(PTT)共混,制备CDPTT/PTT纤维。通过纤维强度、声速取向、X射线衍射等方法对纤维的力学性能及结晶取向进行表征,测定了染色性能。结果表明:CDPTT/PTT中间苯二甲酸丙二醇酯-5-磺酸钠(SIPT)的引入,纤维的相对断裂强度、取向、结晶度均有所下降,而断裂伸长率、沸水收缩率均高于PTT纤维,使得CDPTT/PTT纤维力学性能更趋于中强中伸型或低强高伸型。CDPTT/PTT纤维的染色性能较PTT纤维明显得到提高。A cationic dyeable polytrimethylene terephthalate/polytrimethylene terephthalate (CDlYIT/FFF) fiber was prepared from CDPTT and PTT. The mechanical properties and crystal orientation of the resulted fiber were characterized by fiber tensile testing, sonic orientation measurement and X-ray diffraction method. The dyeing behavior was also measured. The results showed that the introduction of 5-sodium sulfonate dimethyl isophthalate (SIPT) into CDPTT/FTT decreased the relative breaking strength, orientation degree and crystallinity of the fiber and contributed higher elongation at break and boiling water shrinkage to CDPTT/PTT fiber as compared with PTr fiber. Meanwhile, the mechanical properties of CDPTT/PTT fiber tended to be medium- strength and medium-elongation or low-strength and high-elongation. The dyeing behavior of CDPTT/PTT fiber was considerably improved as compared with PTT fiber.
